Kegiatan Bimbingan Cita-Cita: Mengarahkan Siswa SD Memiliki Orientasi Karir

Ideals are individual efforts to become someone who is useful and realize the skills or abilities they have to others. Educational psychology is one of the fields in psychology that plays an important role in the teaching and learning process in schools, at elementary, junior high, and high school levels. Several psychological factors that influence the teaching and learning process are attention, intelligence, interest, talent, learning maturity, and motives. The method in implementing community service is carried out in class with 58 students participating with a lecture approach. The implementation of this activity was carried out at the 08 Cibadak Elementary School located in the Cibadak area, Sukabumi, West Java, Indonesia. In the pre-test results obtained, it was found that 89.9% of students answered correctly (as expected); and 10.2% of students answered incorrectly and did not know (not as expected). Then in the post-test results obtained, it was found that 95.8% of students answered correctly; and 4.1% of students answered incorrectly and did not know. Based on the results obtained above, it is known that after being given socialization of material related to ideals, there was an increase in information knowledge in students who previously gave wrong and unknown answers, namely 6.1% and the rest of the students did not give answers to the statement items.

This community service activity aims to provide psychoeducation to parents of SD Negeri Cibubur 03 Pagi students so that they can educate their children safely and happily in the digital era. Psychoeducation is carried out through interactive methods which include lectures, discussions, and filling in the "Parenting Scale Measurement" scale. The material provided includes family security and functioning, child development tasks, challenges of the digital era, and effective parenting strategies. Through this activity, it is hoped that parents can understand the importance of creating an environment that supports children's physical and psychological health. Apart from that, they are also expected to be able to improve their adaptability in facing the challenges of the digital era and implement positive parenting patterns. In this way, children can grow into healthy, happy and qualified individuals, ready to face the dynamics of the digital era 4.0.

Sosialisasi Agresivitas Pada Kondisi Kesehatan Mental Siswa SMA Muhammadiyah 9 Bekasi

This study examines the impact of aggressiveness on the mental health condition of students at SMA Muhammadiyah 9 Bekasi. Both physical and verbal aggressiveness negatively affect the psychological well-being of students, causing stress, depression, and a decrease in self-confidence. The implemented psychoeducation program aims to provide understanding about the impact of aggressiveness and the importance of mental health. Through educational sessions and discussions, students were introduced to the concept of aggressiveness, its causes, and strategies for managing emotions effectively. The results of the program highlight the importance of support from the school environment and the community in creating an environment that supports mental health and reduces aggressive behavior among students.

Adolescence is a transitional period between childhood and adulthood, typically encompassing the age range of 12 to 19 years. During this phase, individuals undergo significant physical, emotional, and social changes as a result of biological, psychological, and social development. Building relationships among adolescents in the digital era is a relevant topic, considering the advancements in technology that influence how adolescents communicate and interact.The method used in this research includes seminars and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) conducted with grade VIII teachers at MTS At Taqwa Babelan, Bekasi. The results of the FGD concluded that adolescent delinquency is perceived to stem from the home environment, particularly issues between parents and adolescents. These issues often arise due to differences in perspectives, needs, ineffective communication, an imbalance between control and freedom, the influence of technology and social media, emotional changes, adolescent identity formation, and the imbalance of parental roles. Relationships during adolescence in the digital era can serve as a support system in adolescents' developmental processes. Relationships can be established in various forms, including friendships, family connections, and romantic relationships. Poor relationships can lead to toxic relationships, which negatively affect adolescents' daily behavior. This, in turn, may impact their developmental process, such as fostering dependency on social media. When social media is not used wisely, it can lead adolescents toward negative behaviors.

The purpose of Community Service (PKM) is to increase understanding and awareness of the importance of psychological assessment in supporting student development, including improving the skills and abilities of teachers and educators in conducting psychological assessments effectively. The scope of this research includes various activities aimed at improving the quality of education and learning at SMK Al Khoeriyah through an effective psychological assessment approach. Methods The community service method was conducted through socialization to 60 students of class XII of SMK Al Khoeriyah Tasikmalaya City, focusing on the introduction of self-potential in determining students' career direction. Material delivery and assessment sessions were conducted to introduce students' self-potential and identify their interests and career goals. The method of activity in this community service is in the form of socialization that focuses on the introduction of self-potential in determining students' career direction. Based on the results of the personality type assessment from Holland, it was found that the most dominant personality types of students in SMK Al Khoeriyah were Realistic (R), Conventional (C), Investigative (I). these three types are very relevant to the majors in SMK Al Khoeriyah. The contribution of this service is that it can optimize students' potential through psychological assessment in order to be more effective in developing students' careers. Thus, it is expected to create a more inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students of SMK Al Khoeriyah to achieve their best potential.

Vocational high school students are individuals who are in their middle teens. At this time, they tend to think about the future, especially those related to career. Students really need the right career choice to be able to determine the direction of their career so that it can run according to their interests and character. The relationship between personal character and career can be revealed through RIASEC proposed by Holland. An understanding of personal character that is appropriate to the career expected by vocational school students can be developed through RIASEC seminars.
