The study aims to examine the influence of self-regulated learning on student achievement at SMPN ABC Bekasi City. This type of research is quantitative. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis assisted by the SPSS 25.0 application. The sample used was a cluster random sampling, namely 206 student respondents at SMPN ABC Bekasi City. Data collection was carried out using a scale model. Based on the test results, the β value was 1.457, which means it has a significant influence, the t value is 9.184 (>1.652), which means it has a significant influence and has a probability value of sig. of 0.000 which means the hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. Self Regulated Learning has a prediction of Learning Achievement of 145.7% ( β = 1.457). The coefficient of determination (R Square Adjusted) is 28.9%, meaning that the contribution of Learning Achievement can be explained by the independent variable, namely Self Regulated Learning. The aim of this research is to analyze the ability of assertiveness to reduce bullying behavior. This research uses a quantitative approach to understand the relationship between assertiveness and bullying in junior high school students. The method used in this research is a correlational survey. Research Results Coefficient of Determination (R²): 0.45 (Indicating that 45% of the variation in bullying behavior can be explained by assertive ability). Significance Test: The p value <0.05 indicates that the results are significant. There is a significant negative relationship between assertive communication skills and bullying behavior. The higher the students' assertive ability, the lower the level of bullying behavior they experience. It is hoped that this research can make a significant contribution to understanding and overcoming the problem of bullying in schools. Furthermore, the results of this research can be used as a basis for designing educational programs that emphasize the importance of developing social skills, especially assertiveness, as part of efforts to create a safe and supportive school environment for all students.</p>2024-06-30T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 INSPIRATIF : Journal of Educational Psychology
