Plagiarism Policy

The Editorial Team  of INSPIRATIF: Journal of Educational Psychology recognizes that plagiarism is unacceptable and therefore establishes the following policy stating specific actions (penalties) when plagiarism is identified in an article submitted for publication in INSPIRATIF: Journal of Educational Psychology.  For this reason, before submitting, the editor recommends to the Author to check plagiarism independently. If the article is declared accepted, the editor will check plagiarism before it is published.

Definition:

Plagiarism is the act of intentionally or unintentionally obtaining or trying to obtain credit or value for a scientific work, by citing part or all of the work and / or scientific work of other parties that are recognized as scientific works, without stating the source appropriately and adequately.

For that, then:

Articles must be original, have never been published, and not be in the process of awaiting publication elsewhere. Material taken verbally from other sources needs to be clearly identified so that it differs from the original text.

If plagiarism is identified, then , the Editor-in-Chief is responsible for the reinstatement of the article and will approve actions according to the level of plagiarism detected, with the following guidelines:

Plagiarism Rate :

  1. Plagiarizing a few short sentences from another article without mentioning the source. Action: The author is given a warning and a request to change the text and quote correctly.
  2. Plagiarized most of the other articles without proper citations and did not mention the source. Action: Articles submitted  for publication in INSPIRATIONAL : Journal of Educational Psychology  and the Author may be penalized for not being allowed publication in INSPIRATIONAL : Journal of Educational Psychology.

All article authors are responsible for the content of the articles they submit. If the article is classified as plagiarism, then all authors will be subject to the same action.

If the author is proven to submit a manuscript to INSPIRATIF: Journal of Educational Psychology by simultaneously submitting also to other journals, and this is found during the reviewer process or after publication, then action is given according to point 2 above and the article is withdrawn.

If plagiarism is found outside the above rules, the editor  of INSPIRATIF: Journal of Educational Psychology has the right to provide sanctions according to the editorial team's policy.
