Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Dan Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Guru Pada Smk Cendekia Batujajar

The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of organizational culture and principal leadership on teacher performance at SMK Cendekia Batujajar. Method: The survey used was a survey using questionnaires as a data collection tool. The study sample consisted of his 100 teachers randomly selected from the Batujajar Cendekia Vocational School teacher cohort. Data analysis using multiple regression. result: Research shows that organizational culture and principal leadership have a significant impact on teacher performance at SMK Cendekia Batujajar. Organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance, while principal leadership has a positive but not significant impact on teacher performance. Diploma: Based on this research, it is suggested that schools can strengthen positive organizational cultures and support teacher performance. In addition, school leaders must also develop leadership skills to motivate and guide teachers so that they can work more effectively and efficiently.
